Auction Process
• Timed Auction: Each lot closes at 20-second intervals.
• Extended Bidding:
Bids made within 5 minutes of closing extend the bidding time by 5 minutes.This continues until no further bids are received.
• Screen Refresh: Essential to regularly refresh your screen (F5) for updates.
Bidding Options
• Max Bid: You can leave a Max Bid if unable to watch the auction live.
Auto bids will be placed at set increments.
The final price may be below your Max Bid.
Gas & Electrical Items
• Sold as ‘Trade Only’.
• Must be installed by a competent professional or purchased only by members of the appropriate trade.
• Purchased at the buyer’s own risk.
Fees
• You will pay 47.6% on the hammer price on some lots in this auction. This is made up of 20% VAT on the hammer price (VAT registered vendor) together with 27.6% Buyer's Premium. Please check the fees box on each lot for the correct fees.
Deposit
• A £100 deposit is required for all bidders unknown to the auctioneers.
Refundable if bids are unsuccessful.
Applied to the final bill for successful bids.
• Invoices will be sent after the auction ends.
Key Notices
• Bids are final and cannot be cancelled.
• Collection Deadline: All lots must be collected within 4 working days of auction ending.
• Uncollected Items: Items left after 10 days will be deemed abandoned and forfeited.
• Operating Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.
