This is a Timed Auction: Each lot closes at 20-second intervals. Bids made within 5 minutes of closing extend the bidding time by 5 minutes. This continues until no further bids are received.  Screen Refresh: Essential to regularly refresh your screen (F5) for updates.  Bidding Options: you can leave your maximum bid if unable to watch the auction live. Auto bids will be placed at set increments. The final price may be below your left bid.  NB: All bids are final and cannot be cancelled and all lots are purchased at the buyer’s own risk.  Fees:  Buyer's Premium, including VAT is 27.6% on the hammer price.  However if the lot is sold on behalf of a VAT registered vendor there will be an additional 20% VAT on the hammer price, bringing the total additional fees to 47.6% on the hammer price.  Check the fees box on each lot for the correct fees. Deposit: A £50 deposit is required for all bidders unknown to the auctioneers. This is refunded if bids are unsuccessful, and may take 2 days to return to your card, otherwise it will be applied to your final invoice.  Gas & Electrical items are sold as ‘Trade’ and must be installed by a competent professional or purchased only by members of the appropriate trade.  Invoices will be sent after the auction ends.  Collection Deadline: All lots must be collected within 4 working days of auction ending.  Items not collected after 10 days will be deemed abandoned and forfeited. Opening Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.
