A Citadel Susume Bati Big Bronze Japanese style knife with ridged double edge blade and a black scabbard (probably a Susume Bati Moon knife, see decoration on scabbard), Total length approx 265mm, Total length with scabbard approx 280mm. Supplied with a silk sleeve and a soft case. Citadel Susume Bati Big Bronze knife has a hand-forged XC75 steel blade, central edge and double edge, beautiful differential hardening giving a Hamon of the Gunome type, length 160 mm, thickness between the edges at Habaki 6 mm.
Habaki: tempered copper Fushi-Kashira: bronze cast with lost wax. Tsuka: jackfruit wood covered with first choice black shagreen. Mekugi: buffalo horn. Saya: jackfruit wood lacquered in smooth shiny red and decorated with a golden Mon. Koigushi: Lost wax cast bronze. Total length 265 mm, weight 292 gr. Entirely handmade by CITADEL. RRP is POA
